Upon payment, the Client is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables solely for the agreed purposes. The Agency retains the right to showcase completed work, such as designs and campaigns, in its portfolio unless expressly restricted by written agreement. Any unauthorized modifications, reselling, or redistribution of deliverables by the Client is strictly prohibited without prior written consent, ensuring the protection of our creative and professional work.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the successful execution of projects. This includes business goals, brand guidelines, and essential access credentials. Delays caused by incomplete or untimely communication from the Client may lead to adjusted project timelines or additional fees. Payment terms, including deposits, penalties for late payments, and third-party costs, are binding, and the Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of non-compliance. All financial agreements are subject to VAT and other applicable taxes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
The Agency operates in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws, ensuring that any data collected, stored, or processed during the project is handled securely and lawfully. However, the Client is responsible for ensuring that the data they provide complies with these regulations. These Terms of Use may be updated at the Agency’s discretion, with material changes communicated to the Client. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms, designed to promote a clear, transparent, and professional partnership, safeguarding the interests of all parties involved.
